Play hard at Canebrake Club. An exclusive community that brings recreation to life. Designed by a team of professionals dedicated to recreational developments, Canebrake Club is the ideal playground for people of all ages. At the heart of the community you will find the Canebrake Club Swim/Tennis Club. Recently completed, the club is sure to become the social gathering spot for the community.
The Tennis Complex offers six lighted state-of-the-art fast-dry clay tennis courts for every member of your family to enjoy. La-Ron Presnell, our staff Tennis Pro, is available to help with your game in private and group settings. La-Ron also organizes events for you to show off your tennis prowess or to simply have a fun day on the court. Canebrake Club is a USTA member.
Come swim or just soak up the sun by the pool, where a comfortable deck area will provide you with hours of relaxation and enjoyment with your family and friends. Social activitites are scheduled at the pool during the summer months, and attendants are on hand to sell beverages, take food orders and deliver them.

Junior players have many opportunities to improve their game this summer. Programs begin Monday, June 7th.
There has been some interest in starting a Club Ladder; let us know if you're interested in playing.
New leagues will begin the week after Memorial Day: June 6th for mixed doubles and June 10th for men's. Both have starting times at 7:00.
We also have adult beginner and intermediate group lessons continually. If you'd like to participate in the next session, give us a call.
If you have your own group who would like instruction, or you prefer private lessons, we can work around your schedule.
We're here for you!

You can drive to Nashville, Birmingham, Atlanta, or Canebrake and enjoy the same kind of clay courts that the pros play on. The best news of all is that you do not have to be a pro to experience and enjoy the courts at Canebrake.
The Canebrake slogan is Live – Play – Belong and it is the playing and belonging that Tennis Pro, La-Ron Pressnell, is so passionate about. Today people have enough stress in their lives. Playing tennis is fun, and we have every intention of making and keeping it just that. The ‘Play’ is obvious--we play tennis, but ‘Belong’ is where the fun ramps up. Presnell was the original Canebrake Tennis Pro and the members are glad for his return. Presnell is intentional about creating teams and leagues. The added edge is La-Ron’s teaching ability. Private lessons with La-Ron will make the play on the courts even more enjoyable.
League play is a great way to get to know people. It is a lot of fun to compete at all levels of play. Presnell and his wife Kathy make the courts and the Pro Shop places where people look forward to going after a long day at the office. They care about the ‘Belong’ factor. Everybody wants to unwind, relax, and enjoy themselves and the Pressnells have taken on the responsibility of doing their part to make sure that the Tennis Courts of Canebrake are being utilized to that end.
Every business should have something to brag about! Canebrake certainly has earned bragging rights with the tennis experience the Pressnells are continuing to create.
